I feel truly honored to have participated in the Bucket Linkers program, a special initiative designed for international students in Korea. I’m so glad I applied because it turned out to be an incredibly joyful and fulfilling experience! During the event, we hiked Mount Songak, enjoyed tteokguk (rice cake soup) personally prepared by Dylan, painted together, stargazed, made hotpot, played Q&A card games, and, most memorably, climbed Hallasan!

This program not only allowed me to take in the breathtaking beauty of Jeju Island but also provided the opportunity to connect with locals, exchanging cultures and languages. How could anyone pass up such an amazing opportunity?

Everyone was so kind and caring, looking out for each other throughout the program. Even though the event lasted only two days, it felt incredibly rich and meaningful. In such a short time, I formed deep bonds with everyone, which truly moved me. I will definitely return to Jeju and reunite with everyone again in the future! A huge thank you to all the members for your care and hard work. You’re amazing, and I love you all!
